Your Hub for
Associate Support
As leaders in benefits support, you play a key role in helping Rich’s associates understand and navigate their benefits. This page provides direct access to essential tools and resources to support conversations, answer questions and guide your teams through enrollment and beyond.
Don’t know where to start?
You can search for and filter content based on key words and themes. For example, looking for information about 'prescriptions' - type that into the box or use that filter.
In partnership with Highmark, Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) will manage Rich’s pharmacy benefits. Associates can visit express-scripts.com to check coverage and explore options. Collective Health is available to support associates with prescription needs.
Many associates are currently covered by Highmark and ESI, but some may be affected by updates to our covered medication list. If an associate's prescription is no longer covered under the ESI program, here’s what they can expect:
- Advance notice – Impacted associates will receive letters with details and next steps.
- 90-day transition period (Jan-Mar) – Associates on medications no longer covered can continue refills through March 31.
- Provider coordination – Guidance will be given on working with providers to identify alternative treatments.
- Prior authorizations – Current prior authorizations will be honored for 90 days only, through March 31.
- Coverage ends April 1 – Affected medications will no longer be covered under the new plan after this date.
- Ongoing communication – Multiple reminders and updates will be shared before changes take effect.
Collective Health is the go-to for questions about medical benefits. Associates can log in to their site, set their location, search by name or specialty, and instantly see in-network providers.
Associates have a few options for accessing Collective Health’s services:
They can begin by downloading the Collective Health app at: https://my.collectivehealth.com/
- Send a secure message - Keep health benefits questions safe and in one spot when using secure messages through the app or online.
- Chat online - For more urgent questions associates can use their chat feature through My Collective™ (my.collectivehealth.com) or the Collective Health app to get answers fast.
- Call in- They’ve got team members waiting by the phone. Associates can use the number on the back of their card to reach them, Monday - Friday 4:00 AM–6:00 PM PT, and Saturday 7:00 AM–11:00 AM PT.
Open Enrollment runs from October 27- November 7, 2025. The benefits selected during this period will go into effect January 1, 2026. ACTION IS REQUIRED: All associates will need to take action during the enrollment period. They’ll need to actively enroll in coverage, or they will not have benefits through Rich’s for 2026. Encourage associates to review their options early and take time to make the best choice for their needs.
Collective Health is the third-party administrator managing claims, billing, and member support. Highmark BCBS provides the network of doctors, hospitals, and clinics, while ESI manages pharmacy benefits.
Associates who complete three out of seven Premium Credit Initiatives, can save $600 on their medical premium through Personify Health. If their spouse completes the initiatives as well, that savings increases to $900. Associates can find more information by downloading the Personify Health app. If they’re a new member, they’ll need to use the enrollment passphrase: luckier-passionfruit-65 at registration.
Associates can log in to the Alight portal to view their current benefit elections. They can also choose to call the Alight Customer Care Team or schedule a 15 minute appointment at a time that works for them at 1 (800) 455-2587 (Option #1 for English/option #9 for translation). They’re available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.
Yes. When scheduling an enrollment call with Alight, associates can request translation services in advance to ensure support is ready during their appointment. If they call directly instead, they can still access translation by being placed on a brief hold while a translator is connected.
This year is about helping associates see how we’re evolving their benefits with intention.
• Plans that reflect what associates and their families value.
• Better tools and clearer pathways to navigate benefits.
• Expanded care, stronger support, and a future-focused approach.
You’re not expected to have all the answers, but you are a key connector. Here’s how you can help: • Remind associates that enrollment is required to secure coverage through Rich’s and share the key dates. Remind associates to review the full lineup of coverage and valuable voluntary benefits, even if they don’t intend to enroll. Encourage early review of materials and available support. Direct associates to Collective Health, HRHelp, or the microsite for questions. Model a calm, informed approach to navigating the updates. Remind associates they will all need to take action during the enrollment period. To have Rich’s benefits next year, they’ll need to actively enroll in coverage. Those who don’t enroll will not have benefits through Rich’s for 2026. In September, you’ll receive a toolkit with talking points, more detailed Q&A, quick references, and guidance on where to route questions.
During open enrollment, associates can go to the Alight Portal to review and enroll in benefits. The “Ask Sarah” decision support tool can help them figure out which plan fits their needs best. They can also choose to call the Alight Customer Care Team or schedule a 15 minute appointment at a time that works for them at 1 (800) 455-2587 (Option #1 for English/option #9 for translation). They’re available Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.
Send associates to the Explore Plans page on this site where they can compare plans side by side, as well as download our interactive pricing tool that gives them personalized estimated costs.
Watch for weekly updates from the Benefits Team on the HR Field & WHQ Teams site. Filter by site location to access associates’ enrollment status. Reports will show who is “enrolled” and who is “not enrolled” but will not include details about which benefits associates currently have or have chosen for 2026. Requests for individual reports will not be supported at this time.
