In partnership with Highmark, Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) will manage Rich’s pharmacy benefits. Associates can visit express-scripts.com to check coverage and explore options. Collective Health is also available to support associates with prescription needs.
- Starting now: You have 24/7 access to Collective Health, a team of healthcare experts ready to answer medical and pharmacy questions. Alight will also be available to guide you through enrollment and other benefits questions.
- Starting January 1, 2026: All 2026 benefits become effective based on your Open Enrollment selections and you can begin connecting with Rich’s program partners—including the enhanced Confidential Assistance Program (CAP) through Spring Health—for personalized care and support

During Open Enrollment, you can go to the Alight Portal to review and enroll in benefits. The "Personalize your estimate" (formerly “Ask Sarah”) decision support tool, can help you figure out which plan fits your needs best. You can also reach out to HRHelp@rich.com with general questions.
We’re excited to announce that Rich Products Corporation is partnering with Spring Health to ensure that all associates can easily get mental health support whenever and wherever it’s needed. With Spring Health, you have personalized, convenient care and resources to support you through any of life’s challenges. Starting 1/1/26, this benefit will be available at no cost to Rich Products Corporation associates and their household members. It only takes a few minutes to take an assessment, and then Spring Health will design a care plan just for you. If you have questions, you can meet with your Care Navigator – a licensed clinician who will ensure you receive the best care for your needs. Spring Health’s easy-to-use website and app allow you to choose an experienced therapist you feel comfortable with, book appointments online, and get support when it’s convenient for you, either virtually or in person. Each member (age 6+) gets 6 free therapy sessions per year. At any time, you can tap into Moments, a library of self-guided exercises that can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful. Spring Health also offers access to coaching (6 free sessions), medication management, alcohol and substance use support, work-life services, and more.
