How do I find an in-network vision provider?

Rich’s vision benefits are provided through MetLife for 2026. To locate an in-network vision provider:

1. Visit the MetLife Find a Vision Provider page.

2. Select "Superior Vision".

3. Enter your location details to see local in-network options.

4. If you’d like to narrow your search, you can add filters for provider name, services (like exams or glasses), or other preferences.

You’ll see a list of in-network providers with contact information, services offered, and languages spoken so you can find a provider that fits your needs.

How do I find an in-network dental provider?

Rich’s dental benefits are provided through MetLife for 2026. To find an in-network dentist:

1. Visit the MetLife Find a Dentist page.

2. Select “PDP Plus” as your network.

3. Enter your ZIP code to view nearby in-network dentists or search by a specific provider’s name if you already have one in mind.

You can filter results by specialty, distance, and other preferences to find a provider that fits your needs.

What if I have questions about specific health conditions when evaluating plans, or want to know if my doctor is in-network?

Collective Health is your source for support with questions about medical benefits. You can log in to the site, set your location, search by name or specialty, and quickly find in-network providers. You can also call Collective Health and talk with a real person if you’d rather get help over the phone.

Alternatively, you can visit https://www.myproviderconnect.com/find-a-doctor/ and follow these steps:

Select “Choose a location and plan” and enter your address, city or zip code. Then, confirm “Yes, this is correct.”  

Select “Don’t know your alpha prefix? Browse a list of plans.” in small text below the card example and boxes.  

Choose Medical Network Name: PPOBlue and confirm.

  • Personalized guidance. All associates have 24/7 access to Collective Health, a team of healthcare experts ready to answer their medical and pharmacy questions. Alight is also be available to help associates navigate enrollment and all other benefits.
  • New medical plans. * With Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), you’ll get access to the largest network in the country.
  • Straightforward choices. We’ve consolidated dental, vision, and voluntary benefits under one provider—MetLife.  
  • Balanced plan options. Each option is designed to balance coverage, cost, and support to meet a range of needs.
  • Streamlined pharmacy. Your prescription drug plan through ExpressScripts by Evernorth ensures access to a broad network of pharmacies nationwide and offers savings through mail order if you prefer to have your medication shipped to your front door.
  • More mental health resources. Expanded Confidential Assistance Program (CAP) support through Spring Health provides convenient, confidential therapy, coaching, and more.  

* In California, Kaiser remains an option.

How can I determine if my prescriptions will be affected?

In partnership with Highmark, Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) will manage Rich’s pharmacy benefits. Associates can visit express-scripts.com to check coverage and explore options. Collective Health is also available to support associates with prescription needs.

When can I start connecting with 2026 benefits partners and using their programs?
  • Starting now: You have 24/7 access to Collective Health, a team of healthcare experts ready to answer medical and pharmacy questions. Alight will also be available to guide you through enrollment and other benefits questions.
  • Starting January 1, 2026: All 2026 benefits become effective based on your Open Enrollment selections and you can begin connecting with Rich’s program partners—including the enhanced Confidential Assistance Program (CAP) through Spring Health—for personalized care and support
