Yes. When scheduling an enrollment call with Alight, you can request translation services in advance to ensure support is ready during your appointment. If you call directly instead, you can still access translation by being placed on a brief hold while a translator is connected.

In partnership with Highmark, Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) will manage Rich’s pharmacy benefits. Visit the Express Scripts preview site to compare prescription costs based on plans, review formulary lists, and learn more about mail order prescriptions and their specialty pharmacy through Accredo. Collective Health is also available to support associates with prescription needs.

You can log in to the Alight portal to view your current benefit elections.

Rich’s dental benefits are provided through MetLife for 2027. To find an in-network dentist:

1. Visit the MetLife Find a Dentist page.

2. Select “PDP Plus” as your network.

3. Enter your ZIP code to view nearby in-network dentists or search by a specific provider’s name if you already have one in mind.

You can filter results by specialty, distance, and other preferences to find a provider that fits your needs.

Rich’s vision benefits are provided through MetLife for 2027. To locate an in-network vision provider:

1. Visit the MetLife Find a Vision Provider page.

2. Select "Superior Vision".

3. Enter your location details to see local in-network options.

4. If you’d like to narrow your search, you can add filters for provider name, services (like exams or glasses), or other preferences.

You’ll see a list of in-network providers with contact information, services offered, and languages spoken so you can find a provider that fits your needs.

The Wellbeing Credit is automatically applied to your medical premium cost. If you earn the credit, you’ll see the savings reflected in your per-pay-period cost when you enroll in benefits. You'll save $600 on your medical premium, or $900 if your spouse also completes at least 3 initiatives as well. You can find more information by downloading the Personify Health app.

Collective Health is your source for support with questions about medical benefits. You can log in to the site, set your location, search by name or specialty, and quickly find in-network providers. You can also call Collective Health and talk with a real person if you’d rather get help over the phone.

We partner with Spring Health to ensure that all associates can easily get mental health support whenever and wherever it’s needed. With Spring Health, you have personalized, convenient care and resources to support you through any of life’s challenges. This benefit is available at no cost to Rich Products Corporation associates and their household members.

It only takes a few minutes to take an assessment, and then Spring Health will design a care plan just for you. If you have questions, you can meet with your Care Navigator – a licensed clinician who will ensure you receive the best care for your needs. Each member (age 6+) gets 6 free therapy or coaching sessions per year.

Spring Health’s easy-to-use website allows you to choose an experienced therapist you feel comfortable with, book appointments online, and get support when it’s convenient for you (either virtually or in person). You will also find "Moments"- a library of self-guided exercises that can help you manage stress, calm anxiety, beat burnout, improve sleep, and be more mindful.

Spring Health also offers access to medication management, alcohol and substance use support, work-life services, and more.

Collective Health is the third-party administrator managing claims, billing, and member support. Highmark BCBS provides the network of doctors, hospitals, and clinics, while Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) manages your pharmacy benefits.

• Starting now: You have access to Collective Health, a team of healthcare experts ready to answer medical and pharmacy questions. Alight will also be available to guide you through enrollment and other benefits questions.‍
• Starting January 1, 2027: All 2027 benefits become effective based on your Open Enrollment selections and you can begin connecting with Rich’s program partners—including the enhanced Confidential Assistance Program (CAP) through Spring Health—for personalized care and support.

Open Enrollment runs from October 26- November 6, 2026. The benefits selected during this period will go into effect January 1, 2027.

ACTION IS REQUIRED: You will need to actively enroll in coverage on the Alight portal by November 6, or you will not have benefits through Rich’s for 2027. Take time review your options early and prepare to make the best choice for you and your family's needs.

Rate sheet printouts will be provided to each location this year. For a digital version, please go to the Cost Per Paycheck section of the Open Enrollment page where you can find the 2027 costs per paycheck based on your location.

During Open Enrollment, you can go to the Alight Portal to review and enroll in benefits or you can call Alight at 1-800-455-2587, option 1, to speak with an adviser.
