Collective Health is your main team for help with medical and prescription benefits. If you have questions about dental or vision, they’ll connect you directly to the right people to get you answers quickly.
Pharmacy
Reliable prescription coverage.
If you have a Highmark BCBS plan, Express Scripts by Evernorth (ESI) may already be familiar—they support many Rich’s associates today. While some may see changes, ESI will support with the transition—assisting with prescriptions, alternatives, and questions to ensure a smooth adjustment process.
